24 BRO!

MY BROTHER TURNED 24 on July 26! YAYYYY! Brag moment!!! My brother is the kindest, most thoughtful, and smartest guy I know (even if he is a UGA fan). Hey, we can't all be perfect!

My brother is seriously so cool. Even though he is younger, I have always admired and looked up to him. Quite literally actually, my brother is like a foot taller then me!

Thanks for always being there to laugh with me on road trips, entertain me when we are stuck indoors, teach me sports (even though I suck), challenge my faith, and for loving me no matter how annoying I act.

I hope you had a wonderful birthday Tyler. I love you SO much!

Here is to the year of 24, may it be everything you dream and more.

MIA

I have been MIA from the Blog world because I have just been having so much fun traveling and playing this Summer! Since I know you are on the edge of your seat wondering what I have been up to. Ask and you shall receive, here is a recap of my AMAZING July!

First my cousins came to visit us in Charleston. We celebrated the 4th and being in Charleston!!!

Jeffrey and I then packed our bags and traveled to Georgia where we spent a few days with family before our flight to TEXAS!

During out travels, Jeffrey and I learned a lot about culture, people, and life while in Texas (good and bad haha...), but we had a blast together as always!!! We went through Houston (why is it so hot there?) and San Antonio (which is so cool, if you haven't been, GO!) before we finished our tour in AMAZING Austin! Can you tell I loved Austin? Jeffrey is the best tour guide and funniest traveling buddy by the way!

While in Austin, I was able to spend time with my best friend. We have been BFFL since the age of seven. WE HAD SUCH A BLAST! I cannot even put into words how much fun we had.

Okay, okay here is one more picture of my bestie and I! We are so cute!!! I love us.

After Texas, we stopped in Georgia for a day before we drove to Virginia for a few days to spend time with Jeffrey's extended family. I always loving spending time with them! On our last day in Virginia, Jeffrey and I celebrated 6 years of marriage!!! WHOOOOO, go us!

After four weeks of traveling, adventures, and fun I am back in Charleston (poor Jeffrey is in Kansas for work-- I swear he doesn't sleep!). While Superman is off working, I am off to unpack, sleep, recuperate, and love on my sweet puppy!

Where are you traveling this Summer?

What's the Deal with the "Pink Drink"?

Unless you have been living under a rock, you have heard of the "pink drink" or Plexus. If not, then get out from under your rock and prepare to be informed. I have been seeing my facebook feed flooded with this curious pink drink and I was intrigued. I was so excited when my good friend from high school approached me about Plexus. In exchange for a month free of the "pink drink", I would write an honest Blog post about my experience. I was in and so excited to see what all the hype was about.

Before putting anything in my body, I hit google and started my research. Plexus is all-natural, plant based, non-GMO, gluten free, and vegan! Those are all of my favorite things so that appealed to me. The further I researched, I was seeing amazing results and positive testimonials. I even read one article where a doctor was prescribing and even using Plexus products! I decided I needed to try this product.

Here are my results

Week 1: I mixed the "pink drink" in my breakfast smoothies. My energy level went way up! I am usually the energizer bunny so I was on overload. Y'all, I was an insomniac without the tired crash. My runs were longer and I was getting so much done! I really noticed a huge increase in energy. Only issue for me was, I already have a lot of energy so even though I was not tired, I was not sleeping. While using the drink you drink a lot of water which is so great! I noticed that I peed every 30 minutes.

Week 2: I began noticing that I was trimming up a little. Even my husband noticed. I wasn't losing weight (I am a healthy weight though and don't need to loose anything). My energy was still increased and I was bouncing off the walls. Still not sleeping. Still peeing every 30-45 minutes.

Week 3: I decided to do the "pink drink every other day to see if that helps me sleep more. It worked. My sleep patterns are much better. I have energy, but I am now sleeping. This proves that everyone is different. I am not peeing as much and I find myself craving water! I have a minimal appetite as well.

Week 4: I am still doing the "pink drink" in my smoothie for breakfast every other day. I feel great. I notice my body is toned, I have a decreased appetite, and I am drinking a ton of water which is not like me at all. I also looked amazing in my bridesmaid dress if I do say so myself!

RESULTS?
Know your body! The "pink drink worked great for me and I did see amazing results. I did need to cut back a little because my body doesn't have decreased energy. If you are someone who wants to loose a few pounds, decrease appetite, and increase energy, I highly recommend this product. I really did feel great using this and I felt proud of my water and food choices. Once I regulated the product to fit my personal needs, it was wonderful. Knowing your body and realizing what you need is huge when trying these types of products.

SHOULD YOU TRY PLEXUS?
Why not? What do you have to loose? Once you get past the initial peeing every 30 minutes the results are life changing. Why live in a fog? Try the "pink drink" and see if it works, if not that's okay... at least you will know if it works or not. Hey, if it does work for you, if you don't try it, you would never know!

Through my entire trial,  I emailed, messaged, and annoyed my sweet friend Tiffany with questions. She was wonderful and so patient while helping me and answering questions. If you want a great resource and passionate person to help you click here to contact Tiffany!

Lastly, here are some videos to check out! If you're anything like me, you have questions and are curious and want to research the heck out of Plexus. I don't blame you!!! So do it! Go research, watch the videos, click the links, and read other people testimonials.

I hope this was informational and made the "oh, I want to know more" wheels in your brain turn. If not, then thanks for making it this far! I am going to grab my yummy "pink drink" now...cheers!
